How do I know my reservation is confirmed from Qatar Airways?

I have booked my ticket online from  Qatar Airways and want to confirm my reservation is confirmed from Qatar Airways. Can someone tell me that how do I know my reservation is confirmed from Qatar Airways?

    You will receive a confirmation of your purchase at the end of your booking process as well as a follow-up confirmation email detailing your booking.  You can also review your latest booking status on the “My Trips” section of this site. Please be aware that email can sometimes land in your spam folder, depending on the settings of your email client.
