    Hi,
    you can download the driver cd from curtis internationals website
    http://www.curtisint.com/support/manuals.asp?p=6
    look for your model and download,
    contains all that would be on cd supplied when purchased mp3 player, and a firmware tool, but no firmware, curtis international does not make the firmware files available for their consumers.
