you can do two things to make him want to call and text you.ignore him,or trick him.
here is what you do to trick him:
text him and put: hi,this isn't (your name),it's his/her friend,(friend's name).I just wanna tell you that her phone is kinda having problems with texting and she isn't recieving texts but she can send them.anyways u might wanna call us bcuz something soooooooooooooooooo weird happened to us,OMG!!!
if he doesn't reply,don't text him or call him anymore at all for that day and the day afterwards...and he will wonder...and will probably end up calling and texting u later..but ignore him 4 a little while.
if he calls,you answer not the friend and say,oh hi,my friend texted you and omg!then if he goes what,say oh nothing i can't really hear u tht well.BYE! then hang up right away.if he texts u,put ttyl (which means talk to you later). then he will really be curious about what happened and will wanna keep bugging u,but won't bcuz u had 2 gooo!
here is what you do to ignore him:
just stop calling him and texting him and just ignore everything he does,and he will start wondering y ur not texting and calling him like u always dooo...and if he ever calls you or texts u,ignore him,and he'll soon start wondering and feeling bad if u do this...hope i helped!
