Question:

How do i get the swelling on my lip to go down?

Well i my older sister just pierced my lip last night.
And it is badly swollen, It's really irritating.
There is no pus that i can see of.
Just a little bit of redness and bad swelling.
I look at the inside of my lip and it looks like it is sinking into my lip.
Because of how bad the swelling is.
I've mixed salt with luke warm water and gargled in just a few times.
And yes I've been messing with it because i am scared then it's gonna swell into my lip.
I don't think it's infected,
My sister has done all my other piercings.
My piercings are..
Tongue, Bottom Left Side Of My Lip, Three Holes In My Ears, Nose, And she just recently did my Monroe which is what i am talking about right now.
Anyone know what i can do to fix this problem?
Someone who actually knows what they're talking about.
Cause some people are telling me to put ice on it and some people are telling me not to and stuff.
So if you could help me, I would really appreciate it.

    I would take the earing or whatever it is out of the whole. Then put cold water in a plastic bag and put it on you lip. This way might mess up your piercings hole but the swelling should go down. This happened to me before and it worked.
