How do you make a guy u rejected like you again

I really like this guy and he likes me too so he asked me out, but I had to say no because I'm dating someone who really likes me and if I broke up him it would break his heart so now the boy who asked me out is mad at me and doesn't like me any more and flirta with girls on purpose infront of my face so what do I do??? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    Thats a tough situation.

    There are many thibngs you could do

    One: Sit him down and disscuss why you said know before and give eachother a second chance

    Two:Flirt with other guys

    Three:Move on if he's gets mad that easily it probably wasnt meant to be
