How foreigners can get admission in Engineering program at Riphah?

I am a foreigner and currently in Pakistan on visit visa, can i apply for admission in Riphah university.

    If you are foreigner and living in Paksitan on visit visa than according to the rules of the Government of Pakistan any foreign national cannot seek admission in any educational institution in Pakistan with a tourist or visit visa.
