How get Power back on after reattaching the wiring to Battery +12 volts & chassis ground

after reattaching the wiring to Battery +12 volts & chassis ground, i'm unable to get my amplifier to turn back on, any suggestions?

    I'll be more specific, I have a Autotek amp and wanted to connect my wiring to he amp so that the wire connections were more sturdy (the wires are very thick) Once i did so, I can not get the amp to turn back on.
