   The Queensland government in Australia was hoping that the tourism industry will repeat the global success of its Best Job in the World campaign, but disasters in its two key markets of Japan and New Zealand have thrown plans into chaos.  The launch of the Million Dollar Memo campaign on the Gold Coast on Friday was postponed from the beginning of the year as disasters swept across the state.
   The Million Dollar Memo campaign was to be launches with hopes the possibility of a company winning a million-dollar budget to bring their staff to Australia would turn into a social media hit.
