How long does it take for a website to be built for a small or medium or large business?

   It depends on who you hire. As a web designer, I've built sites for some businesses in as little as one day, but that's because they had a clear picture of what they wanted. If you're not quite sure about what you want, or are new to the website area of business, your designer might take as much as 3-5 days to complete it.
   
   Something else to keep in mind is what you'd like on your site. If you just want text and images (in other words, just a product/business info site) then it won't take long at all. If you want a login area, a blog, etc., then it'll take a bit longer.
