How many families can get Watan cards?

I am Zulakhan from village Uddi Taluka. Sir I have send sms on 9888 through my mobile but I have receive sms that I am not eligible for Watan card, my question is how many families can get Watan cards through SMS service?

    Around 200 families from Shikarpur and Jacobabad districts got their Watan Cards after which they headed back to their villages.
