    If you are looking for cheap shopping you must not look at dubai. Shopping in dubai is for sure expensive. Dubai shopping festival stands for nonestop shopping; not cheap shopping.  I don't think you are going to find steep discounts, especially when the businesses know its time of year when people spend lots of money in dubai.
