How to Add Google Analytics to Wordpress?

I just started blogging with Wordpress and now want to track my visitors with Google Analysitcs. I, however, don't know how to add Google Analytics to wordpress. Any help?

    Go to Google Analytics, add your site, get the tracking code. No go to your FTP, open wp-content/current theme and open footer.php. Paste the code before </body> and save. Google analytics is added on your site.


    Note, if you switch the theme, you'll have to paste the code in footer.php of that theme again!
