    Open Flash. Configure dimensions of your file.
    Click on "Insert." Then click "Timeline and "Layers." This lets you set up layers in the form of text or background. Under the "Insert" menu , go to "Timeline" and click on "Keyframe."
    Click "File." Then click "Import" and choose the "Import to Library" option. Adhere to the on-screen instructions to gather your content.
    Drag and drop data from your library on the stage.
    Store your logo in the form of an FLA file on your hard drive.
