How to do online reservation for hotels in Japan?

I need urgent help with online hotels reservation in Japan. I will be going to Japan in next couple of days and so want to do reservation in some better hotel before arriving there. Please guide me with complete process! Thanks!

    Japanese hotels could have rooms unavailable for some dates. If the room you would like to book is unavailable, you can search out the availability of room by selecting the dates on their site.
