How to get a hospital in sims 2 double deluxe????

Hi...i have a question, I have sims double deluxe, pets, kitchen and bath stuff, mansion and garden stuff, and apartment life, and I tried to build a hospital but no doctors are there! What do I do? I have seen vids on youtube but the uploading isnt working. What now?

    I've been wondering the same thing because my cousins just got Sims3 and on the back of the game case it says something about doctors. I believe we CAN'T get a hospital unless you build one and it still wouldn't have any doctors. I believe we both will have to buy Sims3 in order to achieve having hospitals, car crashes, and other sorts of accidents. If there's any way to, please tell me aswell!
