How to lose 10 pounds of weight 4 weeks before my wedding

I am a bit chubby at the moment but not when i got my wedding dress made.  now i have 4 weeks to go and i need to lose at least four pounds of fat.  if i can't do it, there is no way my wedding dress is going to fit.  my father in law is a health freak and my mother in law has a waistline smaller than mine.  if someone can give me a plan that works, i am willing to even pay for it. keep in mind i have not done any exercise in 3 years.
