   First you need to check that your in built stereo in Mercedes is capable of recieving Sirius satellite radio signals. Find out the unigue ESN number taht origionaly belongs to the Sirius radio in your dashboard. Take out your car, in a location with a clear sky. Turn your car stereo and set it inn the sattelte mode and tune the Sirius channel 184.

   
   

   Then you will have to contact the Sirius activation center through phone at 888-539-SIRI. Then provide to them your radio's ESN number. You will have to pay for this activation through a credit card.
