I would like to stay permanently in Singapore. I understand that I must first secure employment in Singapore on a work pass basis before I can apply for Singapore Permanent Residence (PR).

    This is one of the way to apply for PR in Singapore. However, if you are a professional below the age of 45 and hold reputable tertiary qualifications and not working in Singapore, can put in an application for ICA’s consideration for an in-principle approval for PR.
