How to submit a sitemap to metacrawler?

I am a website developer and my client wants me to submit the sitemap to Metacrawler. I am not able to do that and need to know what I do to make it work.

    Open a new Web browser window and navigate to the Add your URL to Google Website (See Resources). Enter your URL into the text-entry field, then click "Add URL" to have Google map and add your site to its search engine.
