    MMS, or Multimedia Messaging Service, allows you use your phone to send messages containing more than just text and is the most popular method of delivering news and entertainment content including videos, pictures, text pages and ringtones.

   
   

   From your Cell Phone Select the music, photo, or video file you have previously saved on your cell phone, or take a new photo or video. From the "Options" menu, select "Send a new message." The file you have just selected will automatically attach.

   
   

   Type in your recipient's  cell phone number or select the recipient from your saved contacts.

   
   

   Type in a text caption or message that describes the file you are sending. Confirm you have attached the correct file and included the correct recipient, then press "Send" to send the message to your recipient.
