How your boss decides your pay raise is a topic worthy of many books. HR departments work around the clock to provide meaningful data, which can be used to provide benefits and pay raises to the employees who deserve it most.

A latest study conducted by a think tank in one of the top universities in the world found a much simpler way to increase pay raise.  i got it listed below but after you read it, can you please let me know if you agree or disagree with it?
It is advised that you come to work dressed according to your salary.

If we see you wearing Gucci shoes and carrying a Gucci bag, we assume you are doing well financially and therefore do not need a raise.

If you dress poorly, you need to learn to manage your money better, so that you may buy nicer clothes, and therefore do not need a raise.

If you dress just right, you are right where you need to be and therefore do not need a raise.

Do you agree or disagree with this method of pay raise?
