Question:

Howcan I tranfer a a 16gig file onto external hard drive

- small files are ok but large fil tells me that there isn't enough disk pace even though over 500gig left.  what can I do?

    Hi There,
    Your external hard drive is formatted to FAT32. It can only accept files smaller than 4 GB. Formatting the drive to NTFS overcomes this restriction.
