I am from Pakistan I am graduate and 20yr experien in data base wht is my salary accpected?

   Well it depends all on the fact the in which company you will be getting a job. Different companies have got different criteria for database administrators, But having a 20 years of experience is really a worth for you and at least salary which you will be getting should be more then 2 lac.
   
   But i think if you have got the right experience then you should try some place for job in USA, UK, Canada, France, Australia or any of countries which can pay you even more after reviewing your experience and with your salary can be over 3 lac if you will be getting job in the above mentioned countries.
