    Hi,
    I work 4 BUNN. Have you tried cleaning the brewer with vinegar? Here's a link to the periodic cleaning instructions. http://www.bunn.com/retail/service/cleaning.html

    If that doesn't work, please give out customer service team a call at 800-352-2866.

    Hi,
    Most likely suspect is the thermostat, however you might want to check the limit switch also(located on boiler between elements).
