Question:

I got my first period and i dont no how to tell my mom

My mom is overprotecting of me and always ask everyday did you get it yet? its embrassing. I have one older sister and she tell my mom everything but i dont, i keep everything to my self. I dont know how to tell my mom at all. I need help bad!!

Hi, there is nothing to worry about or feel embarrass of. ....All females go through this time at certain age....Now what you have to do is that you should tell your mother in order for her to advise you and guide you with the steps you have to take during this period. Also you have to make sure that you also take care of yourself as in the beginning you might suffer some cramps and period pains. Make sure you take some pain killers for that. Relax yourself and keep your daily routine as you used to have......and it will be over after a few days.....take care!

jusy i was the same way when i was younger i told my mom nothin even when i got my period she ended up finding out and it realy hurt her that i didnt tell her i didnt even tell my mkom about my boyfriends. after my mom found out she talked 2 me and really helped me. i now tell her everything. that made our bond sronger and more open.

just tell her. dont hide things. speak out do NOT hide your feelings. this seems very personal but shes' a woman she'll know. you dont have to tell people it'll be to you and your mom. i want to here back from you when you TELL her. good luck!
