    first of all check the temperature controls, to keep the things cool the temperature has to be low compared to the outside temperature for example if its  32C outside then the temperature for the refrigerator should be around 18-20C

    If the temperature control is alright then there cn be a possibility that the compressor of ur refrigerator is nt working or the cooling gas inside  is exhausted in either case u need an electrician to examine ur refrigerator
