   Hi,
   y mp3 digital player containing 2 GB of capacity. it works normally. but when i connect it with the system through cable. it didn't open it nor format it. it cann't do any thing through PC.

   Ebooks need to be in unicode txt format to be viewable on this device. I went through tech support and they had to learn this before they could tell me. Three weeks of email tag and they finally figured it out.

   the usb cable that comes with the mach speed trio tch843 is, to what i found, way too small for the device. try finding one the fits a little tight, but fits inside. then you will be able to do whatever it was through pc.

   when i unplug my charger it automatically shuts off and will not turn back on.

   you can change the file tipe by using adobe reader 8.1 then file and save the book as text it is real easy
