I just bought an 02 passat and my driver's side door won't lock. It will unlock when I hit the button but will not lock. Is there a button I don't know about or is it malfunctioning?

    Your car is definitely malfunctioning. If you could give me your area code, I would be happy to find you a certified mechanic who would be willing to fix the problem, in your local area.
