I just watered my house plant and found hundreds of little, white, garden centepede looking worms!

The plant is huge. A Jasmine tree that I put outside during the summer and bring indoors in the winter. Actually, I have two, they are planted in 30 gallon trash cans, but only one is infected. Please help!
