In Assassin's Creed II how do I get to the top of the tower in Acre as Altaire?

   You simply climb, once you get to the balcony you climb up on the balcony edge and then jump atop of the lamp post thingie. I struggled abit with this one myself because i didn't get the jump from the balcony edge to the lamp post right away but keep trying. The person you chased will be waiting atop of the tower.

   i have been trying for hours to get on that lampost and cannot!! HELP

   Easiest way is too get on the ledge just under the beam and vertical jump. Vertical jump is when you hold RT and press A without moving the control stick.
