    New Zealand's cuisine has been described as Pacific Rim, drawing inspiration from Europe, Asia and Polynesia. This blend of influences has created a mouth-watering range of flavours and food in cafes and restaurants throughout New Zealand. In summer, barbecues are a big part of the Kiwi culture.
    New Zealanders are spoilt for their choice of fresh produce, both from the land and the sea. Visitors are welcome to come and experience New Zealand dining and enjoy some of the finest food and wines in New Zealand. There are also a range of food and wine festivals held throughout the country.
