Is a Selmer Omega clarinet a decent horn?

Looking for a used wood clarinet for my daughter who has been playing for 9yrs.  Money is an issue.  Have been looking at Selmer CL200, Soloist, Noblet, etc.  What is a good used intermediate wood clarinet?

    Noblets are WONDERFUL!
    They are, in my opinion, the best intermediate ones you can buy.
