Is it dangerous mixing of Alcohol and caffeine?

Mixing alcohol and caffeine is hardly a new concept and many likes it involving students and others who drink beverages that combine the two in a single large can. I think its cheap and you get to drink all night for 5$. I read this article that it was never approved by food and drug administration and they are going to ban it because last week some kids were rashed to the hospital after having these drinks. I would rather suggest that they should take steps to prevent these products from getting into the hands of minors.

The drinks are dangerous, doctors say, because the caffeine masks the effects of the alcohol, keeping you from realizing just how intoxicated they are but they really are Toxic, so its dangerous to Drink them. It is not possible to prevent it from the reach of minors and I think it would be better to ban the beverages of alcohol and caffeine mixture.
