Is it possible to transfer balance of commonwealth bank more than credit limit?

Can I transfer a balance that is greater than my credit limit? Is there anyone who knows about this I have searched a lot but cannot find it on internet?

    No, it is not possible to transfer a balance if it means your credit limit will be exceeded. We will transfer part of the balance, up to 95% your credit limit. This is to ensure you have sufficient credit available on your card in case of emergencies. If you would like to transfer more balance, visit your nearest branch to see if you are eligible for an increased limit.
