Is northwestern theological seminary legal?

I was wondering that know that Is Northwestern Theological Seminary a legitimate school? There are lots of these colleges around and i'm thinking of joining the northwestern but would it help and is it legal?

    Northwestern Theological Seminary is a respected 30 year old educational ministry with hundreds of branches worldwide. They are recognized by the U.S. Government as a 501 (c) 3 non profit religious organization. They are registered and approved as exempt from governmental oversight by the State of Florida. Northwestern Theological Seminary Graduates have been recognized by and received ordinations from major denominations.
