I want to know is serial number access by Reserve Bank for damaged notes? Is there anyone who knows about this I have searched a lot but cannot find it on internet?

    The presence or absence of a serial number or other specific feature is not a determining factor when assessing  damaged banknotes value for Reserve Bank. The RBA has the complete record of the notes in circulation with in the country.
