Is the recent revolt in Muslim countries coincidence or conspiracy?

   The Muslim countries of the middle east are seem to be going through a revolutionary change. The uprising of civilians against the rulers is really worth-mentioning. But the point of concern is that how can it be possible that only only the Muslim countries are having this revolt and the countries in the west having no incident taking place as such. With the prices of oil keep rising and no control in the recent years this might possibly a well-planned move from someone looking to control the middle east markets.
