The Jon Stewart Show was a live talk show which was hosted by the comedian Jon Stewart on the channel MTV. It started in the year 1993 and was rated as the second highest rated program on the Television network. It was rated after Beavis and Butt Head. In the year 1994, Paramount cancelled the “The Arsenio Hall Show” and with some new corporate sibling MTV, it launched an hour long version of The Jon Stewart Show. There are some features like talk shows segments,”The Moron Walk”, and “Raymond and a*s”. It was broadcasted at the time of 11:30 PM timeslots by some local stations and it was cancelled in June 2005 because the show was competing with the likes of Late Show with David Letterman.

There are some Celebrity guests and famous persons of Hollywood who made appearances on the show and they include Howard Stern, David Letterman, Courtney Cox, Bronson Pinchot and William Shatner. There were some memorable performances on the show and a good one was the performance by Marilyn Manson, who threw the instruments on the stage, it also ended with a piggyback ride offstage by the host Jon Stewart. The Audience were given special ride in the final episode in the form of Margaritas and Taxicab rides home. Another important feature of this last episode was the appearance of the famous host of Late Night show , David Letterman who normally do not appear on talks other than his own show.

There is a schedule of Jon Stewart to move to China recently, you can see and meet him whenever he moves to China.
