Question:

It is with the Mitel 5303 unit

Usint one Mitel 5303 and calling two other parties for a conference call. I am able to connect to the other parties. It puts them on hold. I keep pressing flash to bring us all back together and it does nothing or it brings a dial tone back so I can call another party. Any ideas?

     Depends on what system codes have been setup.  On my Mitel 3300 you do as you described.  When all parties are connected press flash again and then *4 to begin the conference
