    Try using a straw to blow thru the whole at the base where the reservoir sits.  This fixed mine.

    Also blow through the straw through the white plastic tip in the machine behind the resevoir. That will blow water back up to the base and out the machine. My guess is that the water is blocked by an air bubble.
