Is it Koungheul that city shown in the picture? if yes, when did it get a lake and a bridge? October 1998 was the last I was there but up to that time was such natural landscapes!

    Koungheul is a medium city almost in the middle of Senegal, 133 km from Kaolack and 128 km from Tambacounda. There are no landscapes such as lake, river or sea. It was till not so long ago an arroundisement in the department of Kaffrine all of which in the region of Kaolack. Agriculture and commerce are the main sectors Koungheul relies on.
