With Terry and Rio at the heart of defence for so long can Lescott and Upson step up and make a mark on the national side when called upon?

    I think Lescott and Upson are decent defenders, but I would like to see Wes Brown get a look in. I don’t know about anyone else but I really think it’s time Wes Brown made himself a regular in both the Man Utd and the England teams. He’s a top defender; he’s versatile playing at centre back and right back and in many ways, that’s his down fall because he can’t get any consistency when he is being moved about so much.
