Can anyone recommend a guide for martial arts conditioning? Physical and mental. One for conditioning striking surfaces and "harden" me for full contact sparring. I know people are quick to say that training for breaking can cause all manner of bone diseases, but I'm more afraid of breaking my fist on a real attacker's face.
