I heard that eBay Australia faces some scams and fraudulent activities. Please tell me about them.

    Major   scams on eBay got a lot of media attention. One of which saw people losing   millions of dollars after buying non-existent Cold Coast holidays on eBay.   Also major eBay sellers list and sell second hand and used computers,   advertising them as new. Even though buyers complain on eBay Australia, eBay   does nothing to stop the guy from continuing to sell used computers as   new.

    There is the multitude of scammers in China, listing non-existent items on   eBay Australia, resulting in buyers having no legal recourse to claim lost   funds, and eBay continues to allow fake listings.
