My Pay Anyone transaction timeout but other BOQ transactions work fine, Why?

I am getting the timeout for my Pay Anyone transactions and I want to know the reason behind it

    a number of Internet Banking customers have experienced a "Page unavailable" time out error after submitting a Pay Anyone payment.  It has been identified that these customers are using a D-Link ADSL Modem Router.
