My microphone is not working on my LG rumor 2, no one can hear me?

   Either your microphone is turned off check setting or it need to be replaced with new one.

   Well there might  some solutions of this!!
   
   1]your mic needs to be replaced.
   
   2]You probably have a microphone that has gone out. Your volume has nothing to do with how people hear you, only how you hear them. Check with your provider about any warranties.

    My microphone broke or failed now i can nearly hear myself wen i speak into the voice memo or try to take a video. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! i dont know how to change microphone settings

   The same problem happened with my rumor touch. people couldn't hear me and vice versa. the first it happened they replaced the phone because they couldn't fix it. ok, fine. the second it happened on the new phone they replaced the ear piece and the mic, problem solved? no. the very next day, the mic went out again. i took it back for them to fix the problem. they told me they couldn't find a problem, but the only thing they thought it could be (get this peolple) lint was causing the problem. ok, i understand that it can happen but on two phones? and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. the second time i took it in, why did they replace the mic and not blame it on lint?  i made these questions to the rep and all he could do is give me one excuse after another. so now i can see that this is a common problem with these phones. people, make sure you have insurance on your phones.
