Question:

My neighbour sprays my dogs while thay are in my fenced yard.

I breed small dogs and have a licence to do so I comply by the bylaws and I am careful not to let my dogs bark. The problem began when I moved here five years ago. My neighbour had two very large dogs, one of which was dog aggressive by her own admission. He would constantly growl and bark at the fence and evn chewed the fence which belongs to me on occassion. I tried to remedy the situation by making the fence solid at my own expense but the dog then started puttting his paws up over the fence. Of course my dogs would bark at him. My neighbour thought it was her perogative to spray my dogs with water . Since I alwys came and brought them in when they barked, this was not necessary. Her dog has since died but she now comes up to the fence and will entice the dogs to bark so she can spray them.I have caught her doing this. I have asked her repeatedly not to do this. Now I am very annoyed and am wondering if she is not trespassing on my property.
