When I start my system then it shows
stop :- 0x0000C1F5(0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
i tried but it doesn't allow me to enter in safe mode with F8 or even recover the system from the recovery cds:
and a blue screen with the message--- "windows shut down to protect your machine from damage, press F8 and go to safe mode to remove a newly installed hardware or software, ......"etc.

to go the safe mode you have to hold the f8 key until screen gives the option after that you are not able to go the safe mode you should have format drive and clean the unwanted registry after you to install a proper antivirus...
