     People should not go outside, they should stay indoors, should close their windows and make their homes air tight, don’t turn on ventilators and hang on your laundry indoors. Stop using air conditioning. This is especially for the people living within 30 kilometers, about 18 miles, of the Daiichi plant, Japan.
