Delicious Gluten-Free Pancakes Prep Time: 20 Min Cook Time: 15 Min Ready In: 35 Min Servings: 10 Ingredients • 1 cup rice flour • 3 tablespoons tapioca flour • 1/3 cup potato starch • 4 tablespoons dry buttermilk powder • 1 packet sugar substitute • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum • 2 eggs • 3 tablespoons canola oil • 2 cups water Directions 1. In a basin, blend or sift simultaneously the rice wheat flour, tapioca wheat flour, potato starch, dry buttermilk dust, sugar alternate, oven baking dust, oven baking soda, saline, and xanthan gum. Stir in for demonstration, water, and oil until well combined and couple of chunks remain. 2. Heat a large, well-oiled skillet or griddle over intermediate high heat. Spoon batter up on skillet and prepare nourishment until air bubbles start to form. Flip, and extend preparing nourishment until golden dark on bottom. Serve directly with condiments of your choice.
